The Labuan Public Hospital Health Emergency Management Bureau Conducted First Aid and Basic Life Support Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Training held at Southcom Elementary School Boy scout of the Philippines with 70 participants Last August 5, 2017

The program proper started with the opening prayer to followed by the Philippine national anthem. Welcome address given by the strong and supportive Principal of Southcom Elementary School Mr. Berlino M. Flores. Introduction of the Guest Speaker was done. Mr. Bernardo D. Orpiano, RN, EMT-B DRRM-H Manager Labuan Public Hospital discussed on First aid, Mr. Frencis P. Tiu Rivera, RN, EMT-B discussed on Basic Life Support Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation on adult. And Mr. Mark Anthony J. Morillo, RN, EMT-B discussed on Basic Life Support Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Pediatric. In the afternoon return demonstration of Bandaging and Basic Life Support Cardio Pulmonary resuscitation was done. Question and answer was done with the BSP. Awarding of the certificate to the Speaker and certificate of attendance to the students was done. Closing remarks was given by Albert Abtani Institutional scouting coordinator.
