Labuan Public Hospital Health Emergency Management Bureau Conducted 2day Seminar on First Aid, Psych First Aid and Basic Life Support Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Overview among Students of Talisayan National High School Last February 3-4, 2017.

Program proper include registration of the participants with the doxology followed by the Philippine National Anthem. Introduction of the Speaker was done. Our First Speaker was Christian Perseus Dayrit discussed on Psych First Aid, our second Speaker was Frencis P. Tiu Rivera, RN, EMT-B was Discussed on Baseline Vital signs and First Aid Lecture, our third Speaker was Bernardo D. Orpiano V. RN, EMT-B Discussed on Basic Life Support Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Overview.

              The demonstration was done by the lecturer and Practical demonstration was performed by the students. Drills were able to performed successfully by the students. At the end of the Activity, an announcement of the Winner of drills was done, Closing remarks impart by Bernardo D. Orpiano V. RN, EMT-B. at the same time Awarding of the Certificated to the speakers and Participants was done.
