Labuan Public Hospital HEMB conducted a Blessing ceremony and proper turnover of a new ambulance from Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office last march 12, 2017 at Labuan Public Hospital ground, Labuan Zamboanga City.

Program proper started with the Blessing of the New Ambulance by Father Romeo Tocop with Dr. Alexis Roy F. Valdez, Cong. Lobregat, Cap. Ronaldo Maravilla, Raul Regondaola, Councilor Myrna Abubakar and Labuan Public Hospital Staff. Opening message was given by Dr. Alexis Roy F. Valdez Chief of Hospital Labuan Public Hospital, a message from Raul Regondola PCSO Branch Manager Zamboanga city’ a message from Congressman Celso Lobregat, and a message from cap. Rolando Maravilla Barangay Captain of Labuan Zamboanga city. After with Mr. Regondola and Cong Lobregat Turned over the key of Ambulance to Dr. Alexis Roy Valdez and engine was started.
