Last July 18, 2017 Regular Session with the City Councilors about the proposed relocation of Labuan Public Hospital to Zamboanga ECOZONE, San Ramon Talisayan, Zamboanga City held at Office of Sangguniang Panlungsod, R.T. Lim Boulevard Zamboanga City.

It was formally started through an invocation followed by singing of the Philippine National Anthem and Zamboanga Hermosa Hymn. Roll call of the City councilors was done. Presentation of the proposed relocation of Labuan Public Hospital to Zamboanga ECOZONE was made by Dr. Alexis Roy F. Valdez, OIC Chief of Hospital, Labuan Public Hospital and Mr. Christopher Lawrence S. Arnuco, Chairman and Administrator, Zamboanga ECOZONE. Questions and suggestions were raised by the City Councilors and answered by Dr. Alexis Roy f. Valdez and Dr. Aristides Conception Tan, Director of Department of Health Region IX.
